Its unique design features two independent tanks: an upper vertical tank for starting pasteurization or heat treatment and a lower horizontal tank for cooling and freezing. This allows artisans to perform two processes simultaneously, enhancing efficiency by starting a new batch while the previous one freezes.


Beyond gelato, granita, sorbet, and ice cream, the Trittico® Business also excels in creating pastry products such as pastry cream, fruit sauces, and semifreddo. The patented internal conduit connecting the tanks ensures maximum hygiene and product quality by preventing external contamination.
